Our decapper machines for 5 Gallon filling lines are designed to be integrated in the line and give maximum yield with multiple formats. They are made on specific customer request based on the production speed, the container and the type of cap to be removed.

• Cap extraction with pneumatic gripper.
• Cap expulsion from the gripper with pneumatic driving. The cap is released on a extraction channel.
• Possibility of having the version with one or two grippers for different line production speeds.
