METALNOVA completes its production range for water bottling Companies supplying Complete Filling Lines for 5 Gallons bottles used in the water distributors.

It is possible to supply:

Returnable PolyCarbonate 5 Gallons Lines,
composed by decapper, washing machine and filler – capper.
Those type of lines can be completed with systems for automatic racks unloading / loading.

One Way PET 5 Gallons lines,
composed by rinser, filler-capper.
Those type of lines can be completed with self-adhesive labelling machines and automatic racking or palletizing systems.

Both types of Complete Filling Lines can be supplied with capacities from 200 BPH up to 3.000 BPH.
It is also possible to supply them in multi size versions (3-4-5 gallons / 5-8-10-12 lt).
