WASHING MACHINE LAVADO FOR 5 GALLONS LINES

Machine with intermittent movement.
Bottle infeed and spacing with worm screw.
Container loading with pneumatic grippers, with gripping sectors cover with rubber not to damage the external surface of the container.
Container carrying inside the machine with stainless steel bars connected to the chain and equipped with plastic pockets that centre the container in the neck.
The solution with pockets allows not having mechanical elements inside the machine and washing the external surface of the container.
Container down loading on the exit conveyor with pneumatic grippers, with gripping sectors cover with rubber not to damage the external surface of the container.
Machine completely manufactured in stainless steel.
Protection of the loading downloading zones with safety guards with tempered glass panels that can be opened.
Water collection tanks in the lower part of the machine, equipped with inspection doors. The discharges of the tanks are collected in to one single point.
Circulation pumps in s/s with large filters on the suction.
On the delivery pneumatic valves are installed to stop the jet of the nozzle during the advancing phase of the machine.
System of cone spraying nozzles.
Heating of the hot washing tank with external steam exchanger.

EXTERNAL WASHING SYSTEM TURBO

The device is based on a U shape element equipped with nozzles which rotates around the containers.
The nozzles are fed by a 4 bar pump.
The benefits of the system are:
Guarantee to clean at 360° the container.
Elimination of the brushes and therefore of the fall of the bristles inside the baths.
No damages of the external surface of the container.

INTERNAL WASHING SYSTEM WITH PENETRATING NOZZLESgoogle

The system is based on a pipe which enter inside the container and that has a rotating nozzle at its extremity.
The nozzles are fed by a 4 bar pump.
The benefits of the system are:

Efficiency increase of the washing because the washing water is sprayed from inside the bottle and not from outside.
Guarantee to clean all the internal surface with direct jets and not with draining water.
Increase of the washing water flow rate, because the exiting water doesn’t stop the incoming water.

LAVATRICE LAVADO PER LINEE 5 GALLONI

Macchina a movimento intermittente.
Ingresso e distanziamento contenitori con vite senza fine.
Carico contenitore con pinze pneumatiche, con settori di presa rivestiti in gomma per non danneggiare la superficie esterna del contenitore.
Il contenitore viene trasportato portato all’interno della macchina con barre in acciaio inossidabile collegate alla catena e dotate di tasche in plastica che centrano il contenitore dal collo.
La soluzione con tasche consente di non avere elementi meccanici all’interno della macchina e lavare la superficie esterna del collo del contenitore.
Scarico contenitore sul nastri di uscita con pinze pneumatiche, con settori di presa ricoperti in gomma per non danneggiare la superficie esterna del contenitore.
Macchina completamente realizzata in acciaio inox.
Protezioni della zona di carico con pannelli apribili a finestra di vetro temperato, dotati di interruttori per la sicurezza.
Vasche di raccolta acqua nella parte inferiore della macchina, dotata di portelli di ispezione. Gli scarichi dei serbatoi sono collettorizzati in un solo punto.
Pompe di circolazione con girante in acciaio inossidabile in s/s con grandi filtri in aspirazione.
Sulla mandata sono installate le valvole pneumatiche per fermare il getto dell’ugello durante la fase di avanzamento della macchina.
Ugelli di spruzzatura a cono
Riscaldamento della vasca di lavaggio con scambiatore di calore a vapore.
Illuminazione interna zone di lavaggio.
Motorizzazione con motoriduttore a vite senza fine e dispositivo elettronico per il controllo del posizionamento dei ranghi.

Il dispositivo è basato su un elemento a forma di U dotato di ugelli che ruotano attorno ai contenitori.
Gli ugelli sono alimentati da una pompa 4 bar.

I vantaggi del sistema sono:
Garanzia la pulizia a 360 ° per il contenitore.
Eliminazione delle spazzole e quindi della caduta delle setole all’interno la zona di lavaggio.
Nessun danno sulla superficie esterna del contenitore.

SISTEMA DI LAVAGGIO INTERNO CON UGELLI PENETRANTI

Il sistema si basa su un tubo che entra all’interno del contenitore e che ha un ugello rotante alla sua estremità.
Gli ugelli sono alimentati da una pompa 4 bar.

I vantaggi del sistema sono:
Aumento dell’efficienza di lavaggio, perché l’acqua di lavaggio viene spruzzata dall’interno della bottiglia e non dall’esterno.
Garanzia per pulire tutta la superficie interna con getti diretti e non con lo scarico dell’acqua.
Aumento della portata dell’acqua di lavaggio, perché l’acqua in uscita non blocca l’acqua in ingresso.

LAVEUSE LAVADO POUR LIGNES 5 GALLONS

Machine à mouvement intermittent.

Entrée et mise en pas des conteneurs avec vis sans fin.
Chargement conteneurs avec pinces pneumatiques avec secteurs de prise recouverts en gomme pour ne pas endommager la surface externe du conteneur.
Le conteneur est convoyé à l’intérieur de la machine avec barres en acier inox connexes à la chaine et équipées avec poches en plastique qui tiennent le conteneur centré par le col.
La solution avec poches permet de ne pas avoir éléments mécaniques à l’intérieur de la machine et nettoyer la surface externe du col du conteneur.
Déchargement conteneurs sur le convoyeur de sortie avec pinces pneumatiques avec secteurs de prise recouverts en gomme pour ne pas endommager la surface externe du conteneur.
Machine complétement réalisée en acier inox.
Protections des zones de chargement et déchargement avec panneaux en verre tempéré ouvrables à fenêtre et équipées avec interrupteurs de sécurité.
Bacs de collection eau dans la partie inférieure de la machine, équipées de porte d’inspection. Les déchargements des bacs sont collecteurisés dans un seul point.
Pompes de circulation eau en acier inox 304 avec filtres à cloison sur l’aspiration. Sur l’envoi de chaque pompe se trouve une vanne pneumatique pour arrêter l’arrosage des jets pendent la phase de avancement de la machine.
Buses d’arrosage à cône.
Réchauffage de la cuve de lavage avec échangeur à vapeur.
Illumination interne de la zone de lavage.

Les buses sont alimentées par une pompe 4 bar.
Les avantages du système sont :
Augmentation de l’efficacité du lavage, parce que l’eau de lavage est pulvérisée à l’intérieur de la bouteille et non de l’extérieur.
Garantie de nettoyer toute la surface interne avec des jets directs et pas avec eau en écoulement.
Augmentation du débit de l’eau de lavage, parce que l’eau d’écoulement ne bloque pas l’eau entrante.
