LG-VMAG – CARBONATED WATER

ELECTRONIC VOLUMETRIC COUNTER PRESSURE FILLING SYSTEM BASED ON MAGNETIC FLOWMETERS

THE MODERN SYSTEM TO FILL CARBONATED WATER IN GENTLE AND FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS

  • Isobaric electronic volumetric filling system based on magnetic flow meters.
    The functioning of these instruments is guaranteed for products with specific electric conductivity higher than 50 uS/cm (value to be considered at the filling temperature).
  • Filling without level vent tube.
  • Filling of still products without counter pressure.
  • Filling phases (bottle pressurization, product opening and closure, decompression), realized with pneumatic valves, driven by electro valves.
  • Pressurization and decompression time adjustable from control panel.
  • Reduction of the air return section in the final filling phase to reduce the filling speed and consequently the foaming.
  • Electric board for the management of the flow meter signal and of the electro valves for filling valve controls installed on the carousel to guarantee easy access.
  • Volume set up for each filling valve in the operator touch screen panel.
  • Memorization of parameters set for each bottle size, with the possibility to select them from the operator touch screen panel.
  • Central bowl tested at 6 bar, with product feeding from the bottom. The bowl is internally polished and designed for easy draining.
  • Filling valves installed outside the bowl.
  • Pressure control in the bowl by modulating valves on CO2 feeding and breathing driven by signals coming from pressure transducer positioned on the filler bowl.
  • Product level adjustment in the bowl by capacitive probe and modulating valve.
  • Lower manifold for product distribution and decompression gas return with special treatment the sliding parts to guarantee longer life.
  • Upper manifold for CO2, compressed air and electric signals distribution with special treatment in the sliding parts to guarantee longer life.
  • Decompression gas collection in one discharge point.

  • Carousel frame manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.
  • Pneumatic bottle lifters with neck bracket for PET bottles or with bottom plate for glass bottles.
  • Machine available in “neck handling” version (fixed height carrousel, typically used for PET bottles) or in “body handling” version (height adjustable carrousel, typically used for glass bottles).

The system guarantees the volume inside the bottle by means a flowmeter.
Flowmeter’s output is in pulses, that are processed by an electronic board in communication with the PLC and with the electrovalves that drives the opening of the filling valve. When the number of counted pulses equals he number of pulses set for the working size, the filling valve is closed.

This system allows not using the level vent tube, which means:

  • No manual level vent tube change over;
  • No risk of level vent pipe fall in the bottle;
  • Possibility of installing automatic dummy bottles.

The inductive flow meter is suitable for conductive products, in case of not conductive products a mass flow meter can be used.

The absence of the vent pipe give the possibility of an automatic dummy bottles. Even if it is supplied as an option, it is extremely suggested because allows:

  • Reduction of the down time to load / unload the dummy bottle.
  • No necessity to access in the machine after the CIP process

In case of budget limitation, the machine can be supplied with manual dummy bottles that can be quickly screwed to the valve terminal.

The upper and lower manifolds for fluids (product, CO2, compressed air) and signal distribution are realized with a special treatment in the sliding parts to guarantee a long life. The gas snifted from the bottles at the filling end, are collected in to the central manifold and discharged in one single point.

The use of modulating valves for product level and pressure control inside the bowl, allows keeping the product stable to avoid foaming. All the valves are positioned outside the machine in an easy accessible position .

The parameters for each bottle size are memorized in recipes that can be quickly loaded from touch panel.

SISTEMA DI RIEMPIMENTO ISOBARICO ELETTRONICO VOLUMETRICO BASATO SU FLUSSIMETRI MAGNETICI

IL MODERNO SISTEMA PER RIEMPIRE ACQUA GASSATA CON CURA E FLESSIBILITA’

  • Riempimento isobarico elettronico volumetrico con misuratori di flusso magnetici.
    Il funzionamento degli strumenti è garantito per liquidi con conducibilità elettrica specifica superiore a 50 ųS/cm ( considerati alla temperatura di riempimento).
  • Riempimento senza beccuccio di livello.
  • Riempimento prodotti piatti senza contropressione.
  • Fasi di riempimento (pressurizzazione bottiglia, apertura e chiusura prodotto, decompressione), realizzate con valvole pneumatiche pilotate da elettrovalvole.
  • Tempi di pressurizzazione e decompressione impostabili attraverso terminale operatore touch screen.
  • Riduzione della sezione di ritorno dell’aria nella fase finale di riempimento al fine di ridurre i problemi di formazione schiuma.
  • Moduli elettronici necessari alla gestione del segnale del flussimetro e delle elettrovalvole di comando valvola di riempimento installati sulla giostra, per garantire rapido accesso.
  • Regolazione del volume da riempire per ogni valvola di riempimento attraverso terminale operatore touch screen.
  • Memorizzazione dei parametri di riempimento per ogni formato bottiglia, con possibilità di selezionarli dal terminale operatore touch screen.
  • Serbatoio centrale collaudato a 6 bar, con alimentazione prodotto dal basso. Il serbatoio è internamento lucidato a specchio e progettato per garantire un facile drenaggio.
  • Valvole di riempimento esterne al serbatoio.
  • Controllo pressione nel serbatoio mediante valvole modulanti sull’alimentazione e sfiato CO2, pilotate da segnale trasduttore di pressione sul serbatoio.
  • Controllo livello prodotto all’interno del serbatoio con sonda capacitiva e valvola modulante.
  • Collettore inferiore per la distribuzione del prodotto e il ritorno del gas di decompressione con speciale trattamento superficiale nelle parti in scorrimento per garantire una lunga durata.
  • Collettore superiore per la distribuzione CO2, aria compressa e segnali elettrici con speciale trattamento superficiale nelle parti in scorrimento per garantire una lunga durata.
  • Collettorizzazione gas decompressione in un singolo punto di scarico.
  • Parti a contatto col prodotto in acciaio AISI 304 (standard) o AISI 316 (su richiesta).
  • Gomme di tenuta conformi alle normative alimentari.
  • Macchina predisposta per il CIP a caldo, in ricircolo (Gruppo CIP escluso).
  • False bottiglie ad installazione manuale (di serie) o automatica (opzionale).
  • Struttura della giostra realizzata in acciaio inox AISI 304.
  • Martinetti pneumatici con staffa presa collo per bottiglie PET o piattello di supporto fondo bottiglia per vetro.
  • Macchina disponibile in versione “neck handling” (giostra ad altezza fissa, tipicamente usata per bottiglie PET) o in versione “body handling” (giostra regolabile in altezza, tipicamente usate per bottiglie vetro).

Il sistema garantisce il volume di prodotto in bottiglia attraverso un misuratore di portata.
Il misuratore di portata ha come uscita degli impulsi, che vengono elaborati da una scheda elettronica in comunicazione con il PLC e con le elettrovalvole che comandano l’apertura della valvola di riempimento. Quando il numero di impulsi contati eguaglia il numero di impulsi per il formato in lavoro, la valvola di riempimento viene chiusa.
Questo sistema permette di non avere il beccuccio di livello, il che significa:

  • Non dovere cambiare il beccuccio di livello per cambio formato bottiglia/prodotto;
  • Non avere rischi di caduta del beccuccio all’interno della bottiglia;
  • Possibilità di installare false bottiglie automatiche.

Il misuratore magnetico è idoneo a prodotti conducibili; nel caso di prodotti non conducibili può essere sostituito con misuratori massici.

Falsa bottiglia automatica che può essere caricata e scaricata da pannello operatore touch screen senza entrare nella macchina.
Questa soluzione permette:

  • Livello elevato d’igiene;
  • Riduzione del tempo di intervento manuale.

In caso di limitazioni di budget, la macchina può essere fornita con false bottiglie manuali che possono essere rapidamente avvitate al terminale delle valvole di riempimento.

I collettori superiore ed inferiore per fluidi (prodotto, CO2, aria compressa) e distribuzione del segnale sono realizzati con uno speciale trattamento superficiale sulle parti in scorrimento in modo da garantire una lunga durata.
I gas di decompressione in uscita dalle bottiglie a fine riempimento, sono raccolti nel collettore centrale e scaricati in un unico punto.

valvola modulante

L’uso di valvole modulanti per livello di prodotto e il controllo della pressione all’interno del serbatoio, permette di tenere il prodotto stabile in modo da evitare la formazione di schiuma.
Tutte le valvole sono posizionate all’esterno della macchina in posizione facilmente accessibile.

I parametri per ogni formato bottiglia sono memorizzati in ricette che possono essere caricate rapidamente dal pannello operatore touch screen.

SYSTEME DE REMPLISSAGE ISOBARIQUE ELECTRONIQUE VOLUMETRIQUE BASE’ SUR DEBITMETRES MAGNETIQUES

LE MODERNE SYSTEME POUR REMPLIR EAU GAZEUSE EN CONDITIONS TRANQUILLES ET FLEXIBLES

  • Remplissage isobarique électronique volumétrique avec débitmètres magnétiques. Le fonctionnement est assuré pour produits avec une conductibilité électrique supérieure au 50 μS/cm (à la température de remplissage).
  • Remplissage sans canule de niveau.
  • Remplissage produits plats sans contre pression.
  • Phases de remplissage (mise en pression, ouverture et fermeture produit, décompression finale) réalisées avec vannes pneumatiques commandées par électro vannes.
  • Durée de la mise en pression et de la décompression réglables sur écran opérateur tactile.
  • Possibilité de réduire la section du retour de l’air à la fin du remplissage pour réduire la vitesse de remplissage et éviter la formation de mousse.
  • Modules électroniques pour la gestion du signal des débitmètres et électro vannes de commande de la vanne de remplissage installées sur le carrousel, pour avoir un accès facile.

Le système assure le volume de produit dans la bouteille par un débitmètres..
Le débitmètre a comme sortie des impulsions qui sont traitées par une carte électronique en communication avec l’automate et les électrovannes qui commandent l’ouverture de la vanne de remplissage.. Lorsque le nombre d’impulsions comptés est égal au nombre d’impulsions pour le format de travail, la vanne de remplissage est fermée .
Ce système permet de ne pas avoir la canule de niveau, ce qui signifie de:

  • Ne pas devoir changer la canule en cas de changement bouteille / produit
  • Ne pas avoir le risque de canule tombée à l’intérieure de la bouteille.
  • Pouvoir installer fausses bouteilles à pose manuelle.

Le débitmètre magnétique est apte pour les produits conductibles; dans le cas des produits non conductibles, il peut être remplacé par débitmètre massique.

Fausse bouteille automatique qui peut être chargée ou déchargée du écran operateur tactile sans entrer dans la machine.

Cette solution permet :

  • Haut niveau d’hygiène;
  • Réduction de temps d’intervention manuel.

En cas de limitation budgétaire, la machine peut être fournie avec des fausses bouteilles à pose manuelle qui peuvent être vissées rapidement au terminal de la vanne.

Les collecteurs supérieur et inférieur  pour les fluides (produit, CO2, air comprimé) et distribution de signaux électriques sont chargées de céramique de manière à assurer une longue vie.
Le gaz évacué des bouteilles à la fin du remplissage, est collectée dans le collecteur central et déchargé dans un seul point.

L’emploi de vannes modulantes pour régler le niveau du produit et la pression à l’intérieur du réservoir, permet de conserver le produit stable afin d’éviter la formation de mousses.
Toutes les vannes sont positionnées à l’extérieur de la machine dans un endroit facilement accessible.

Les paramètres pour chaque format bouteille sont mémorisées en recettes qui peuvent être chargées rapidement du écran operateur tactile.

The system guarantees the volume inside the bottle by means a flowmeter.
Flowmeter’s output is in pulses, that are processed by an electronic board in communication with the PLC and with the electrovalves that drives the opening of the filling valve. When the number of counted pulses equals he number of pulses set for the working size, the filling valve is closed.

This system allows not using the level vent tube, which means:

  • No manual level vent tube change over;
  • No risk of level vent pipe fall in the bottle;
  • Possibility of installing automatic dummy bottles.

The inductive flow meter is suitable for conductive products, in case of not conductive products a mass flow meter can be used.

The absence of the vent pipe give the possibility of an automatic dummy bottles. Even if it is supplied as an option, it is extremely suggested because allows:

  • Reduction of the down time to load / unload the dummy bottle.
  • No necessity to access in the machine after the CIP process

In case of budget limitation, the machine can be supplied with manual dummy bottles that can be quickly screwed to the valve terminal.

The upper and lower manifolds for fluids (product, CO2, compressed air) and signal distribution are realized with a special treatment in the sliding parts to guarantee a long life. The gas snifted from the bottles at the filling end, are collected in to the central manifold and discharged in one single point.

The use of modulating valves for product level and pressure control inside the bowl, allows keeping the product stable to avoid foaming. All the valves are positioned outside the machine in an easy accessible position .

The parameters for each bottle size are memorized in recipes that can be quickly loaded from touch panel.
