LOW VACUUM ASSISTED LEVEL FILLING SYSTEM

THE TRADITIONAL SYSTEM TO FILL LIQUORS AND WINE UPDATED WITH THE RECENT TECHNOLOGIES

Low vacuum assisted level filling valve, with pneumatic control of the filling phases (product and vacuum opening / closure).
Possibility of adjusting from control panel the duration of the filling phases without doing mechanical manual operations.
Final drop suction to guarantee high filling level accuracy.
Vacuum generation by aspirator with control device to avoid liquid presence in the vacuum circuit.
Absence of central product tank, substituted with a small dimension central manifold.
External product feeding tank, designed to guarantee easy clearing and draining at the end of the production.
Product level control inside the tank with capacitive probe and modulating valve.
Possibility of automatic adjustment of the fill levels with memorization and recall of the level / height parameters from control panel.
Possibility of valve opening independently from bottle presence, to recover the product at the end of the production and to clean the machine.
Sealing rubbers complying with food norms.
Pneumatic bottle lifters with plate for glass bottles.

OPTIONS & DETAILS

The opening of the product and of the vacuum are done with pneumatic controls.

This allows:

Opening the valves without bottle presence.
Having dedicated filling cycle for each bottle size.
Reducing vacuum contact in case of machine stop.

It is composed by the product feeding tank and the vacuum generation tank.
The level control is based on capacitive level probe and modulating valve.
To have the product tank outside the machine allows its easy inspection and cleaning.
In special cases, like the one shown in the picture, it is possible to have two tanks for two different products.

The carousel has two central small manifolds for the product (lower manifold) and vacuum distribution (upper manifold).
This solution allows eliminating the traditional central tank difficult to be accessed.

The filler is equipped with a collection tray that can be inserted in an arc of the carrousel to empty the machine at the end of the production and recover the product.
The tray can also be used to flush the filling valve during cleaning operations and collect the washing product.

The machine can be equipped with a system to adjust with a motorized solution the position of the stopper that determinates the level in the bottle (position of the vent pipe respect to the bottle) .
The system is studied not to have gears in the filling valve, to guarantee clean conditions for the cleaning.

SISTEMA DI RIEMPIMENTO A BASSO VUOTO

IL TRADIZIONALE SISTEMA DI RIEMPIMENTO PER LIQUORI E VINI AGGIORNATO CON LE RECENTI TECNOLOGIE

Valvola di riempimento a livello assistita da basso vuoto, con comando pneumatico delle fasi di riempimento (apertura prodotto e vuoto / chiusura).
Possibilità di regolazione dal pannello di controllo della durata delle fasi di riempimento senza fare operazioni manuali meccaniche.
Aspirazione della goccia finale per garantire elevata precisione del livello di riempimento.
Generazione del vuoto mediante aspiratore con dispositivo di controllo per evitare presenza di liquido nel circuito del vuoto.
Assenza del serbatoio prodotto centrale, sostituito con un collettore centrale piccole dimensioni.
Serbatoio esterno di alimentazione prodotto, progettato per garantire un facile svuotamento e drenaggio alla fine della produzione.
Controllo livello prodotto all’interno del serbatoio con sonda capacitiva e valvola modulante.
Possibilità di regolazione automatica dei livelli di riempimento con memorizzazione e il richiamo dei parametri di livello / altezza da pannello di controllo.
Possibilità di apertura della valvola di riempimento indipendentemente dalla presenza della bottiglia, per recuperare il prodotto alla fine della produzione e per pulire la macchina.
Particolari di tenuta certificati per uso alimentare.
Martinetti pneumatici di sollevamento bottiglie con piattello per bottiglie in vetro.

OPZIONI & DETTAGLI

L’apertura del prodotto e del vuoto sono fatti con comandi pneumatici.

Questo permette di:

Aprire le valvole di riempimento senza la presenza bottiglia.
Avere un ciclo di riempimento dedicato per ogni formato bottiglia.
Ridurre il contatto con il vuoto in caso di fermo macchina.

E’ composta dal serbatoio di alimentazione prodotto e dal serbatoio generazione del vuoto.
Avere il serbatoio prodotto al di fuori della macchina consente la sua facile ispezione e pulizia.
In casi speciali, come quello mostrato in figura, è possibile avere due serbatoi per due prodotti diversi.

La giostra ha due piccoli collettori centrali per il prodotto (collettore inferiore) e per la distribuzione del vuoto (collettore superiore).
Questa soluzione permette di eliminare il serbatoio centrale tradizionale difficile da accedere.

La riempitrice è dotata di un vassoio di raccolta che può essere inserito in un arco della giostra per svuotare la macchina alla fine della produzione e recuperare il prodotto.
Il vassoio può anche essere usato per aprire la valvola di riempimento durante le operazioni di pulizia e per raccogliere il prodotto di lavaggio.

La macchina può essere dotata di un sistema motorizzato per regolare la posizione del fermo che determina il livello in bottiglia (posizione del beccuccio di sfiato rispetto alla bottiglia).
Il sistema è studiato per non avere ingranaggi nella valvola di riempimento, per garantire condizioni di igiene per la pulizia.

SYSTÈME DE REMPLISSAGE A NIVEAU

Vanne de remplissage a niveau assisté par un léger vide, avec commande pneumatique  des phases de remplissage (ouverture produit et vide / fermeture).
Possibilité de réglage à partir du panneau de commande de la durée des phases de remplissage sans opérations manuelles mécaniques.
Aspiration de la goutte finale afin d’assurer une haute précision du niveau de remplissage.
Génération du vide par aspirateur avec dispositif de contrôle pour éviter la présence de liquide dans le circuit du vide.
Absence de la cuve de produit central, remplacé par un collecteur central de petite taille.
Cuve externe d’alimentation produit, conçue pour garantir un vidage facile et drainage à la fin de la production.
Contrôle du niveau produit à l’intérieur de la cuve avec sonde capacitive et vanne modulante.
Possibilité d’ajustement automatique des niveaux de remplissage avec une mémoire et le rappel des paramètres de niveau / de la hauteur à partir du panneau de commande.
Possibilité d’ouverture indépendamment de la présence de la bouteille, pour récupérer le produit à la fin de la production et pour nettoyer la machine.

OPTIONS ET DÉTAILS

L’ouverture du produit et du vide sont réalisées avec des commandes pneumatiques.

Cela permet:

L’ouverture des vannes de remplissage sans la présence de la bouteille.
Avoir un cycle de remplissage dédié pour chaque format de bouteille.
Réduire le contact avec le vide en cas d’arrêt de la machine

Elle est composé par la cuve d’alimentation du produit et la cuve pour la génération du vide.
Avoir le réservoir de produit à l’extérieur de la machine permet l’inspection et le nettoyage facile.
Dans des cas particuliers, telle que celle représentée sur la figure, Il est possible d’avoir deux réservoirs pour deux produits différents.

Le carrousel comprend deux petits collecteurs centrales pour le produit (collecteur inférieur) et pour la distribution de vide (collecteur supérieur).
Cette solution permet d’éliminer la cuve centrale traditionnelle d’accès difficile.

La remplisseuse est équipée avec une cuvette qui peut être insérée dans un arc du carrousel pour vider la machine à la fin de la production et de récupérer le produit.
La cuvette peut également être utilisé pour laver la valve de remplissage pendant les opérations de nettoyage et recueillir le produit de lavage.

La machine peut être équipée d’un système motorisé pour ajuster la position de l’arrêt qui détermine le niveau dans la bouteille (position de la canule d’évacuation par rapport à la bouteille).
Le système est conçu pour avoir aucun engrenage dans la vanne de remplissage, afin de garantir des conditions d’hygiène pour le nettoyage.
