ELECTRONIC VOLUMETRIC FILLING SYSTEM BASED ON MAGNETIC FLOWMETERS APPLIED TO LINEAR MACHINES 

THE MODERN SYSTEM TO FILL STILL WATER IN HYGENIC AND FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS

Electronic volumetric filling system based on magnetic flow meters.
The functioning of these instruments is guaranteed for still products with specific electric conductivity higher than 50 uS/cm (value to be considered at the filling temperature).
Filling without contact between bottle and filling valve.
Filling valve opening by pneumatic electro valve driven by bottle presence sensor signal (opening) and flow meter signal (closure).
Double filling speed, to guarantee reduced filling time and to avoid product splash out.
Volume set up for each filling valve in the operator touch screen panel.
Memorization of parameters set for each bottle size, with the possibility to select them from the operator touch screen panel.
External product feeding tank complete with level control, infeed valve, spray ball for cleaning, pump for product transfer to the filling valves.
Product transfer from external feeding tank to the filling valves by pump driven by inverter to keep constant pressure.
Parts in contact with the product in stainless steel AISI 304 (standard) or AISI 316 (on demand).
Sealing rubber complying with food norms.
Machine predisposed for hot CIP in recirculation (CIP group excluded).
Pneumatic device to block the bottles in the neck under the filling valve during the filling phase.

OPTIONS & DETAILS

The system guarantees the volume inside the bottle.
Flowmeter’s output is in pulses, that are processed by an electronic board in communication with the PLC and with the electrovalves tra drives he opening of the filling valve. When the number of counted pulses equals the number of pulses set for the working size, the filling valve is closed.
This system allows contact less filling, which means:

Not to have the bottle sealing
Not to have lifting pistons
Not to have mechanisms for the fill level adjustment

The inductive flow meter is suitable for conductive products, in case of not conductive products a mass flow meter can be used.

Manual dummy bottles that can be quickly screwed on the filling valve terminal and connected with flexible pipe to a pipe with discharging point.

External tank
The tank is positioned on the ground, in easy accessible position, with the possibility to inspect it simply removing its cover.

Product pump control
Pump speed is controlled with frequency converter.
This solution allows having constant pressure at the filling valves, which means higher filling accuracy.

The parameters for each bottle size are memorized in recipes that can be quickly loaded from touch panel.

SISTEMA DI RIEMPIMENTO ELETTRONICO VOLUMETRICO BASATO SU FLUSSIMETRI MAGNETICI APPLICATO A MACCHINE LINEARI

IL MODERNO SISTEMA PER RIEMPIRE ACQUA PIATTA IN CONDIZIONI FLESSIBILI ED IGIENICHE

Riempimento elettronico volumetrico con misuratori di portata magnetici.
Il funzionamento degli strumenti è garantito per liquidi piatti con conducibilità elettrica specifica superiore a 50 ųS / cm (considerati alla temperatura di riempimento).
Riempimento senza contatto tra bottiglia e valvola di riempimento.
Apertura valvola di riempimento mediante elettrovalvola pneumatica azionata da segnale sensore di presenza bottiglia (apertura) e segnale del misuratore di flusso (chiusura).
Riempimento a due velocità, per garantire minor tempo di riempimento ed evitare fuoriuscita di prodotto dalla bottiglia.
Regolazione del volume da riempire per ogni valvola di riempimento attraverso terminale operatore touch screen.
Memorizzazione dei parametri impostati per ogni dimensione della bottiglia, con la possibilità di selezionarlI dallo schermo touch del pannello operatore.
Serbatoio esterno di alimentazione prodotto completo di controllo di livello, valvola di ingresso, spray ball per il lavaggio, pompa di invio prodotto alle valvole di riempimento.
Trasferimento del prodotto dal serbatoio esterno alle valvole di riempimento attraverso pompa pilotata da inverter per mantenere costante la pressione di riempimento.
Parti a contatto con il prodotto in acciaio inox AISI 304 (standard) o AISI 316 (a richiesta).
Particolari di tenuta certificate per uso alimentare.
Macchina predisposta per il CIP a caldo in ricircolo (gruppo CIP escluso), con installazione manuale delle false bottiglie collegate ad un unico punto di scarico.

Dispositivo pneumatico per bloccare le bottiglie nel collo sotto la valvola di riempimento durante la fase di riempimento.

OPZIONI & DETTAGLI

Il sistema garantisce il volume di prodotto in bottiglia attraverso un misuratore di portata.
Il misuratore di portata ha come uscita degli impulsi, che vengono elaborati da una scheda elettronica in comunicazione con il PLC e con le elettrovalvole che comandano l’apertura della valvola di riempimento. Quando il numero di impulsi contati eguaglia il numero di impulsi per il formato in lavoro, la valvola di riempimento viene chiusa..
Questo sistema permette di avere un riempimento senza contatto il che significa:

Non avere la guarnizione di tenuta bottiglia, sempre critica dal punto di vista igienico;
Non avere pistoni di sollevamento;
Non avere sistemi di regolazione del livello meccanici;

Il misuratore magnetico è idoneo a prodotti conducibili; nel caso di prodotti non conducibili può essere sostituito con misuratori massici.

Falsa bottiglia fissata su un supporto presente sulla macchina, da avvitare manualmente al terminale della valvola di riempimento e collegata con un tubo flessibile a un tubo collettore con punto di scarico.

Serbatoio esterno
Il serbatoio è posizionato a terra, in posizione facilmente accessibile, con la possibilità di ispezionarlo semplicemente rimuovendo il suo coperchio.

Pompa prodotto
La velocità della pompa è regolata mediante un inverter.
Questa soluzione consente di avere pressione costante alle valvole di riempimento, il che significa avere elevata precisione di riempimento.

I parametri per ogni formato bottiglia sono memorizzati in ricette che possono essere caricate rapidamente dal pannello operatore touch screen.

Remplissage volumétrique électronique avec débitmètres magnétiques.
Le fonctionnement des instruments est assurée pour les liquides plats avec une conductivité électrique spécifique supérieur à 50 ųS / cm (considéré à la température de remplissage).
Remplissage sans contact entre la bouteille et la vanne de remplissage.
Ouverture de la vanne de remplissage par électrovanne pneumatique actionnée par signal détecteur de présence de bouteilles (ouverture) et du signal du débitmètre (fermeture).
Remplissage à deux vitesses, pour assurer moins de temps de remplissage et éviter les déversements de produits de la bouteille.
Réglage du volume à remplir pour chaque vanne de remplissage par l’écran tactile du terminal opérateur.
Enregistrement des paramètres réglés pour chaque format de bouteille, avec la possibilité de les sélectionner par l’écran tactile du terminal opérateur.
Réservoir externe d’alimentation produit complète avec contrôle de niveau, vanne d’entrée, boule de lavage, pompe de envoi du produit aux vannes de remplissage.
Le transfert du produit à partir du réservoir externe aux vannes de remplissage par pompe pilotée par variateur de fréquence pour maintenir constante la pression de remplissage.
Parties en contact avec le produit en acier inox AISI 304 (standard) ou AISI 316 (à la demande).
Parties de tenue aptes à l’emploi alimentaire.
Machine avec prédisposition à NEP à chaud à circuit fermé (groupe NEP exclu), avec fausses bouteilles à installation manuelle connectées à un seul point d’évacuation.
Dispositif pneumatique pour bloquer les bouteilles dans le cou sous la vanne de remplissage pendant la phase de remplissage.

OPTIONS ET DÉTAILS

Le système assure le volume de produit dans la bouteille par un débitmètre.
Le débitmètre comporte en sortie les impulsions qui sont traités par une carte électronique en communication avec l’automate et des électrovannes qui commandent l’ouverture de la vanne de remplissage. Lorsque le nombre d’impulsions comptées est égal au nombre d’impulsions pour le format de travail, la vanne de remplissage est fermée.
Ce système permet d’avoir un remplissage sans contact, ce qui signifie de:

Ne pas avoir le joint d’étanchéité bouteille, toujours critique du point de vue de l’hygiène,
Ne pas avoir pistons de levage.
Ne pas avoir des systèmes mécaniques de réglage du niveau.

Le débitmètre magnétique est apte pour les produits conductibles; dans le cas des produits non conductibles, il peut être remplacé par débitmètre massique.

Fausses bouteilles fixées à un support, à visser à mains au terminal de la vanne de remplissage et branchée avec un tuyau flexible à un tuyau collecteur avec point de décharge.

Bac extérieur
Bac extérieur positionné à terre, en position facilement accessible, avec la possibilité de l’inspecter simplement enlevant le couvercle supérieure.
Pompe produit
La vitesse de la pompe est contrôlée par variateur de fréquence.
Cette solution permet d’avoir une pression constante aux vannes de remplissage, ça veut dire meilleur précision de remplissage.

Les paramètres pour chaque format bouteille sont mémorisées en recettes qui peuvent être chargé rapidement du écran operateur tactile.
