LEVEL LOW VACUUM FILLING SYSTEM WITH RECIRCULATION

THE TRADITIONAL SYSTEM TO FILL JUICES IN A EASY WASHABLE FILLER

GENERAL FEATURES

Level filling system by low vacuum and recirculation.
Recirculation filling valve, with membrane, without sliding parts in contact with the product.
Filling valve opening realized by the bottle lifting.
External tanks for product feeding and recirculation / vacuum generation.
Upper product feeding tank with device for level control, product infeed valve, spray ball for cleaning.
Lower tank with device for vacuum generation, recirculation pump, spray ball for cleaning, device for vacuum intensity adjustment.
Manifold for the connection fixed pipe – rotating pipe with with special treatment in the sliding parts to guarantee longer life.
Small dimension central manifold for product distribution to the filling valves and return to the lower tank.
Parts in contact with the product in stainless steel AISI 304 (standard) or AISI 316 (on demand).
Sealing rubber complying with food norms.
Machine predisposed for hot CIP in recirculation (CIP group excluded); possibility of in and counter-flow.
Dummy bottles with manual set up.
Carousel frame manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.
Pneumatic bottle lifters with neck bracket for PET bottles or with bottom plate for glass bottles.
Machine available in “neck handling” version (fixed height carrousel, typically used for PET bottles) or in “body handling” version (height adjustable carrousel, typically used for glass bottles).

FOR HOT FILLING

Control temperature with PT100 probe in the lower tank to drive the electro valve on the delivery of the recirculation pump (temperature OK = recirculation to the upper tank, low temperature = return to the process).
Three ways infeed valve to send back the product to process in case of machine slow down or stop.
Small recirculation flow even during machine stop in order to maintain the machine temperature.
Possibility to realize external tanks with thermal insulation or with double jacket execution for hot water circulation to reduce the product temperature drop.

The filling valve is designed with an internal membrane that connects the moving part with the fixed part. The solution allows not to have dead zones during the cleaning operations.

The tanks for product feeding and vacuum generation are outside the machine. This solution allows to have small tanks easy to clean and easy to inspect.

The distribution of the product from the central feeding pipe to the filling valves is realized with a small dimension manifold designed for easy cleaning.

In case of necessity to reduce the recirculation, as option can be supplied a version with upper starwheel control that stops the product flow towards the filling valve.

Vacuum intensity can be adjusted with a micrometric valve positioned on the vacuum pump exhaust pipe. This solution allows adjusting the vacuum in function of the viscosity of the product, till arriving to use the filler only by gravity.

The filling valve terminal is designed in function of the application to meet the customer requirements.

For cold fill application it is possible to have:

Fixed but adjustable fill level sealing holder;
Changeable spacers;
Centralized manual fill height adjustment;

For hot fill application the terminal is realized to allow almost brim-full fill level.

SISTEMA DI RIEMPIMENTO A LIVELLO CON LEGGERO VUOTO E RICIRCOLO

IL SISTEMA TRADIZIONALE PER RIEMPIRE SUCCHI IN UNA RIEMPITRICE SEMPLICE E PULITA

Sistema a livello con leggero vuoto e ricircolo.
Valvola di riempimento a ricircolo, con membrana, senza parti in scorrimento in contatto col prodotto.
Apertura valvola di riempimento realizzata dalla salita della bottiglia.
Serbatoi esterni per alimentazione prodotto e ricircolo / generazione del vuoto.
Serbatoio superiore di alimentazione prodotto con dispositivo per controllo livello, valvola ingresso prodotto, divosfera di lavaggio.
Serbatoio inferiore con dispositivo per generazione del vuoto, pompa di ricircolo, divosfera di lavaggio, dispositivo per regolazione del vuoto.
Collettore inferiore di collegamento tubazione fissa – tubazione rotante realizzato con parti in scorrimento con speciale trattamento superficiale per garantire lunga durata.
Distribuzione prodotto dalla tubazione centrale alle valvole di riempimento e ritorno al serbatoio inferiore mediante collettore di piccole dimensioni facilmente lavabile.
Parti a contatto col prodotto in acciaio AISI 304 (standard) o AISI 316 (su richiesta).
Parti di tenuta realizzate con materiali conformi alle normative alimentari.
Macchina predisposta per il CIP a caldo, in ricircolo (Gruppo CIP escluso); possibilità di equi-corrente e contro-corrente.
False bottiglie ad installazione manuale.
Struttura della giostra realizzata in acciaio inox AISI 304.
Martinetti di sollevamento bottiglie di tipo pneumatico, con staffa di presa collo per bottiglie PET o con piattello di supportazione fondo per bottiglie vetro.
Macchina disponibile in versione “neck handling” (giostra ad altezza fissa e supportazione bottiglia nel collo, tipicamente usata per bottiglie PET) o in versione “body handling” (giostra regolabile in altezza e supporto bottiglia dal fondo, tipicamente usate per bottiglie vetro o bottiglie con collo senza anello di baga).

PER RIEMPIMENTO A CALDO

Controllo temperature con sonda PT100 nel serbatoio inferiore per comandare la valvola pneumatica sulla mandata della pompa di ricircolo (temperatura OK = ricircolo al serbatoio superiore, bassa temperatura = ritorno al processo).
Valvola a tre vie sull’ingresso prodotto per ritornare il prodotto al processo in caso di rallentamento o fermo macchina.
Leggero flusso di ricircolo garantito anche durante il fermo macchina, al fine di mantenere in temperatura la macchina.
Possibilità di realizzare I serbatoi esterni con coibentazione o doppia camicia per il passaggio di acqua calda  per ridurre la riduzione di temperatura del prodotto.

La valvola di riempimento è progettata con una membrana interna che connette la parte mobile con la parte fissa.
La soluzione permette di non avere zone morte durante le operazioni di pulizia.

I serbatoi per l’alimentazione prodotto e la generazione del vuoto sono all’esterno della macchina.
Questa soluzione permette di avere piccoli serbatoio semplici da lavare e facili da ispezionare.

La distribuzione del prodotto dal tubo centrale di alimentazione alle valvole di riempimento è realizzata con un collettore di piccole dimensioni progettato per essere facilmente lavabile.

Nel caso sia necessario ridurre la quantità di prodotto ricircolato, come opzionale può essere fornito un comando superiore a stella che chiude il flusso di prodotto attraverso la valvola di riempimento.

L’intensità del vuoto può essere regolata con una valvola micrometrica posizionata sul tubo di aspirazione della pompa del vuoto.
Questa soluzione permette di regolare l’intensità del vuoto in funzione della viscosità del prodotto fino ad arrivare ad usare la riempitrice solo per gravità.

Il terminale della valvola di riempimento è progettato in funzione dell’applicazione per assecondare le richieste del cliente.
Per le applicazioni cold fill è possibile avere:

Portagomma livello di riempimento fisso ma regolabile.
Distanzieri di livello sostituibili.
Regolazione dei livelli manuale centralizzata.

Per le applicazioni hot fill il terminale è progettato per avere un livello quasi raso bocca.

POUR REMPLISSAGE A CHAUD

Contrôle température avec sonde PT1000 dans la cuve inferieure pour commander la vanne pneumatique sur l’envoi de la pompe de recirculation (température OK = recirculation à la cuve supérieure, température baisse = retour au procès).
Vanne à trois vois sur l’entrée produit pour retourner le produit au procès en cas de ralentissement ou arrêt machine.
Léger flux de recirculation garanti aussi pendant l’arrêt de la machine, au fin de maintenir la machine en température.
Possibilité de réaliser les cuves extérieures avec calorifugeage ou double chemise pour le passage d’eau chaude pour réduire la réduction de température du produit.

La vanne de remplissage est projeté avec une membrane intérieure qui connecte la partie mobile avec la partie fixe.
La solution permet de ne pas avoir zones mortes pendant les opérations de lavage.

Les cuves pour l’alimentation produit et la génération du vide sont à l’extérieur de la machine.
Cette solution permet de avoir petites cuves simples à nettoyer.

La distribution du produit du tuyau centrale d’alimentation aux vannes de remplissage est réalisé avec un distributeur de petite dimension conçu pour être facile à laver.

En cas soit nécessaire réduire la quantité de produit en recirculation, come option, on peut fournir une commande supérieure mécanique à étoile qui ferme le flux du produit à travers de la vanne de remplissage.

L’intensité du vide peut être réglé avec une vanne micrométrique positionnée sur le tuyau d’aspiration de la pompe du vide.
Cette solution permet de régler l’intensité du vide en fonction de la viscosité du produit jusqu’à utiliser la machine seulement par gravité.

Le terminal de la vanne de remplissage est projeté en fonction des applications pour répondre aux exigences des clients.

Pour les applications cold fill c’est possible avoir :

Porte gommé niveau de remplissage fixe mais réglable;
Epaisseurs changeable;
Réglage centralisé manuel des niveaux.

Pour les applications hot fill le terminal est projeté pour un remplissage au ras bord.
