ELECTRONIC WEIGHT FILLING SYSTEM BASED ON MASS FLOW METERS APPLIED TO BIG PITCH MACHINES TO FILL HIGH CAPACITY BOTTLES

THE MODERN SYSTEM TO FILL EDIBLE OIL WITH ACCURACY

Electronic weight filling system based on mass flow meters. 
Filling without contact between bottle and filling valve.
Filling valve opening by pneumatic electro valve driven by bottle presence sensor signal (opening) and mass flow meter signal (closure).
Double filling speed, to guarantee reduced filling time and to avoid product splash out.
Electric board for the flow meter signal management and electro valves for filling valve controls installed on the carousel to guarantee easy access.
Weight set up for each filling valve in the operator touch screen panel.
Memorization of parameters set for each bottle size, with the possibility to select them from the operator touch screen panel.
External product feeding tank complete with level control, infeed valve, pump for product transfer to the filling valves.
Product transfer from external feeding tank to the filling valves by pump driven by inverter to keep constant pressure.
Lower manifold for the connection fixed pipe – rotating pipe with special treatment in the sliding parts to guarantee longer life.

Parts in contact with the product in stainless steel AISI 304 (standard) or AISI 316 (on demand).

Circumferential tray to collect the product at the end of the production.
Carousel frame manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.
Bottle neck grippers fixed to the carrousel without bottle lifters, to keep the bottles centered under the filling valves.
Machine available in “neck handling” version (fixed height carrousel and bottle support in the neck, typically used for PET bottles) or in “body handling” version (height adjustable carrousel and bottle support in the bottom, typically used for glass bottles or bottles with neck finish without ring).

Flussimetro di tipo massico VMAS
The system guarantees the weight inside the bottle by means a mass flowmeter.
Flowmeter’s output is in pulses, that are processed by an electronic board in communication with the PLC and with the electrovalves that drives the opening of the filling valve. When the number of counted pulses equals the number of pulses set for the working size, the filling valve is closed.

This system allows contact less filling, which means:

Not to have the bottle sealing;
Not to have lifting pistons;
Not to have mechanisms for the fill level adjustment;
Not to have the measuring system in contact with the bottle (typical of the systems based on weighing cells).

Mass flow meter weight fillers are frequently compared with load cell weight fillers.

Both systems are weight filling systems, since they are based on instruments (mass flowmeter – load cell) having as output electric pulses corresponding to a weight, and both, compared with volumetric fillers, have the advantage not to be influenced by the temperature.

The advantage of the mass flow meter is to be installed on the filling valve feeding pipe, therefore it is not in contact with the container.
This means to avoid potential damages caused by shots received by the container during its movement, especially in high speed rotary fillers.
Moreover the mass flow meter is always over the container, whilst the load cell is typically under the container, which means high risk to be wetted by the filled product in case of bottle crash or not correct functioning of the filling valve.

The machine is complete with a tray on an arc of the carrousel that allows emptying the machine at the end of the production or in case of product change, opening the valves in correspondence of this tray.

External tank
To have an external tank simplifies the internal structure of the filler.
The external tank can be easily inspected simply removing its cover.
Product pump control
Pump speed is controlled with frequency converter using the signals coming from a pressure transducer positioned on the delivery pipe.
This solution allows having constant pressure at the filling valves, which means higher filling accuracy.

Small central manifold that guarantees cleaning easiness.

The parameters for each bottle size are memorized in recipes that can be quickly loaded from touch panel.

IL MODERNO SISTEMA PER RIEMPIRE OLIO CON PRECISIONE

Riempimento elettronico a peso con misuratori massici.
Riempimento senza contatto tra bottiglia e valvola di riempimento.
Apertura valvola di riempimento mediante elettrovalvola pneumatica azionata da sensore di presenza bottiglia (apertura) e segnale misuratore massico (chiusura).
Riempimento a due velocità, per garantire minore tempo di riempimento ed evitare fuoriuscita di prodotto dalla bottiglia.
Moduli elettronici necessari alla gestione del segnale del misuratore e delle elettrovalvole di comando valvola di riempimento installati sulla giostra, per garantire rapido accesso.
Regolazione del peso da riempire per ogni valvola di riempimento attraverso terminale operatore touch screen.

Serbatoio esterno di alimentazione prodotto completo di controllo di livello, valvola di ingresso, spray ball per il lavaggio, pompa di invio prodotto alle valvole di riempimento.
Trasferimento prodotto dal serbatoio esterno alle valvole di riempimento attraverso pompa pilotata da inverter per mantenere costante la pressione di riempimento.
Collettore inferiore di collegamento tubazione fissa – tubazione rotante realizzato con parti in scorrimento con speciale trattamento superficiale per garantire lunga durata.
Distribuzione prodotto dalla tubazione centrale alle valvole di riempimento mediante collettore di piccole dimensioni.
Collettore superiore distribuzione aria compressa e segnali elettrici realizzato con speciale trattamento superficiale sulle parti in scorrimento per garantire lunga durata.
Parti a contatto col prodotto in acciaio AISI 304 (standard) o AISI 316 (su richiesta).
Particolari di tenuta conformi alle normative alimentari.
Vaschetta circonferenziale per raccogliere il prodotto alla fine della produzione.
Struttura della giostra realizzata in acciaio inox AISI 304.
Centraggio bottiglie al di sotto delle valvole di riempimento mediante pinze presa collo, senza la necessità di martinetti di sollevamento.
Macchina disponibile in versione “neck handling” (giostra ad altezza fissa e supportazione bottiglia nel collo, tipicamente usata per bottiglie PET) o in versione “body handling” (giostra regolabile in altezza e supporto bottiglia dal fondo, tipicamente usata per bottiglie vetro o bottiglie con collo senza anello di baga).

OPZIONI & DETTAGLI

Flussimetro di tipo massico VMAS
Il sistema garantisce il peso di prodotto in bottiglia attraverso un misuratore di portata.
Il misuratore massico ha come uscita degli impulsi, che vengono elaborati da una scheda elettronica in comunicazione con il PLC e con le elettrovalvole che comandano l’apertura della valvola di riempimento. Quando il numero di impulsi contati eguaglia il numero di impulsi per il formato in lavoro, la valvola di riempimento viene chiusa.

Questo sistema permette di avere un riempimento senza contatto il che significa:

Non avere la guarnizione di tenuta bottiglia, sempre critica dal punto di vista igienico;
Non avere pistoni di sollevamento;
Non avere sistemi di regolazione del livello meccanici;
Non avere il dispositivo di misura in contatto con la bottiglia (condizione tipica per i sistemi basati su celle di carico).

Le riempitrici a peso con misuratori massici sono spesso paragonate a riempitrici a peso con celle di carico.

Entrambi i sistemi sono sistemi di riempimento a peso, in quanto basati su dispositivi (misuratore massico – cella di carico) aventi come output impulsi elettrici corrispondenti ad un peso, ed entrambi, confrontati a sistemi volumetrici, non sono influenzati dalla temperatura.

Il vantaggio del misuratore massico è di essere installato sul tubo di alimentazione della valvola di riempimento, pertanto non è in contatto con il contenitore da riempire.
Questo significa evitare potenziali danni causati dai colpi ricevuti dal contenitore durante il suo movimento, specialmente nelle riempitrici rotative ad alta velocità.
Inoltre il misuratore è sempre al di sopra del contenitore, mentre la cella di carico è tipicamente sotto il contenitore, il che significa alto rischio di essere bagnata dal prodotto riempito in caso di rottura bottiglia o non corretto funzionamento della valvola di riempimento.

La macchina è fornita con una vaschetta in corrispondenza di un arco della giostra che permette di svuotare la macchina alla fine della produzione o in caso di cambio prodotto aprendo le valvole di riempimento in corrispondenza della vaschetta.

Serbatoio esterno
Avere un serbatoio esterno permette di avere una struttura semplice della riempitrice.
Il serbatoio esterno può facilmente ispezionato rimuovendo il suo coperchio.

Pompa prodotto
La velocità della pompa è regolata mediante un inverter azionato dai segnali provenienti da un trasduttore di pressione montato sul tubo di mandata. Questa soluzione consente di avere pressione costante alle valvole di riempimento, il che significa avere elevata precisione di riempimento.

Collettore centrale di piccola dimensione che garantisce di non accumulare sedimenti al suo interno.

I parametri per ogni formato bottiglia sono memorizzati in ricette che possono essere caricate rapidamente dal pannello operatore touch screen.

OPTIONS ET DÉTAILS

Le système assure le poids du produit dans la bouteille par un débitmètre.
Le débitmètre a comme sortie des impulsions qui sont traitées par une carte électronique en communication avec l’automate et les électrovannes qui commandent l’ouverture de la vanne de remplissage. Lorsque le nombre d’impulsions comptées est égal au nombre d’impulsions pour le format en travail, la vanne de remplissage est fermée .

Ce système permet d’avoir un remplissage sans contact, ce qui signifie de:

Ne pas avoir le joint d’étanchéité bouteille, toujours critique du point de vue de l’hygiène;
Ne pas avoir pistons de levage;
Ne pas avoir des systèmes mécaniques de réglage du niveau;
Ne pas avoir le dispositif de mesure en contact avec la bouteille (condition typique des machines avec capteurs de poids).

Les remplisseuses avec débitmètres massiques sont toujours comparé à remplisseuses à poids avec capteurs de pesage.

Tous les deux systèmes sont des systèmes de remplissage à poids, car ils sont basés sur dispositifs (débitmètre massique, capteur de poids) ayant en sortie des impulsion électriques correspondants à un poids, et tous les deux, par rapport aux systèmes volumétriques, ne sont pas influencé par la température.

Le avantage du débitmètre massique est que il est monté sur le tuyau de la vanne de remplissage, donc il n’est pas en contact avec le conteneur à remplir.
Ça veut dire éviter les dommages potentiels causés par les coups reçus par le conteneur lors de son déplacement, en particulier dans les remplisseuses rotatives à grande vitesse.
En outre, le débitmètre est toujours au-dessus du conteneur, tandis que le capteur de poids est typiquement au-dessous du conteneur, ce qui implique un risque élevé d’être mouillés par le produit rempli dans le cas d’une défaillance de la bouteille ou un fonctionnement incorrect de la vanne de remplissage.

La machine est fournie avec une cuvette en correspondance d’un arc du carrousel qui permet de vider la machine à la fin de production ou en cas de changement produit en ouvrant les vannes de remplissage en correspondance de la cuvette.

Bac extérieur
Avoir un bac extérieur permet d’avoir une structure simple de la remplisseuse.
Le bac extérieur peut être lavé facilement avec une boule de lavage et c’est possible de l’inspecter simplement enlevant le couvercle supérieure.
Pompe produit
La vitesse de la pompe est contrôlée par variateur de fréquence piloté avec le signal d’un transducteur de pression positionné sur le tuyau d’envoi.
Cette solution permet d’avoir une pression constant aux vannes de remplissage, ça veut dire meilleur précision de remplissage.

Collecteur central de petite dimension pour garantir facilité de nettoyage.

Les paramètres pour chaque format bouteille sont mémorisées en recettes qui peuvent être chargées rapidement du écran operateur tactile.
