LEVEL COUNTER PRESSURE FILLING SYSTEM
WITH ELECTRO PNEUMATIC CONTROLS

THE EVOLUTION OF THE TRADITIONAL
COUNTER PRESSURE FILLING SYSTEM

Isobaric level filling system with electro pneumatic controls.
Level vent tube designed for quick connection.
Filling phases (bottle pressurization, anti-explosion position, product closure, decompression), realized with pneumatic valves, driven by electro valves.
Electro valves groups for filling valve controls installed in the upper part of the carousel to guarantee easy access.
Memorization of parameters set for each bottle size, with the possibility to select them from the operator touch screen panel.
Central bowl tested at 6 bar, with product feeding from the bottom. The bowl is internally polished and designed for easy draining.
Filling valves installed outside the bowl.
Upper part of the filling valve for CO2 opening (and consequent bottle pressurization) and anti-explosion position.
Lower part of the filling valve with pneumatic valve for decompression and pneumatic valve for CIP product passage.
Pressure control in the bowl by modulating valves on CO2 feeding and breathing driven by signals coming from pressure transducer positioned on the filler bowl.
Product level adjustment in the bowl by capacitive probe and modulating valve.
Lower manifold for product distribution and decompression gas return with special treatment the sliding parts to guarantee longer life.
Upper manifold for CO2, compressed air and electric signals distribution with special treatment in the sliding parts to guarantee longer life.
Decompression gas collection in one discharge point.
Parts in contact with the product in stainless steel AISI 304 (standard) or AISI 316 (on demand).
Sealing rubber complying with food norms.
Machine predisposed for hot CIP in recirculation (CIP group excluded).
Dummy bottles with manual set up.
Carousel frame manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.
Pneumatic bottle lifters with neck bracket for PET bottles or with bottom plate for glass bottles.
Machine available in “neck handling” version (fixed height carrousel, typically used for PET bottles) or in “body handling” version (height adjustable carrousel, typically used for glass bottles).

The dummy bottles are designed for a manual quick installation.

The upper and lower manifolds for fluids (product, CO2, compressed air) and signal distribution are realized with a special treatment in the sliding parts to guarantee a long life. The gas snifted from the bottles at the filling end, are collected in to the central manifold and discharged in one single point.

The use of modulating valves for product level and pressure control inside the bowl, allows keeping the product stable to avoid foaming. All the valves are positioned outside the machine in an easy accessible position .

L’EVOLUZIONE DEI TRADIZIONALI SISTEMI DI RIEMPIMENTO ISOBARICI

Sistema di riempimento isobarico a livello con comandi meccanici.
Beccuccio di livello progettato per il collegamento rapido.
Fasi di riempimento (pressurizzazione bottiglia, posizione anti scoppio, chiusura prodotto, decompressione) realizzate con valvole pneumatiche comandate da elettrovalvole.
Gruppi di elettrovalvole per il controllo delle valvole di riempimento installate nella parte superiore della giostra per garantire un facile accesso.
Memorizzazione dei set di parametri per ogni formato bottiglia, con la possibilità di selezionarli dal pannello touch-screen operatore.
Serbatoio centrale collaudato a 6 bar, con alimentazione del prodotto dal basso. Il serbatoio è lucidato internamente e progettato per un facile drenaggio.
Valvole di riempimento installate fuori dal serbatoio.
Parte superiore della valvola di riempimento per apertura della  CO2 (e conseguente pressurizzazione della bottiglia) e posizione anti-scoppio.
Parte inferiore della valvola di riempimento con valvola pneumatica per la decompressione e valvola pneumatica per il passaggio del prodotto di lavaggio CIP.
Controllo della pressione nel serbatoio con valvole modulanti sull’alimentazione e sfiato CO2 comandate dal segnale in arrivo dal trasduttore di pressione montato sul serbatoio della riempitrice.
Regolazione del livello prodotto all’interno del serbatoio tramite sonda capacitiva e valvola modulante.
Collettore inferiore per la distribuzione del prodotto e il ritorno del gas di decompressione con speciale trattamento superficiale nelle parti in scorrimento per garantire una lunga durata.
Collettore superiore per la distribuzione CO2, aria compressa e segnali elettrici con speciale trattamento superficiale nelle parti in scorrimento per garantire una lunga durata.
Raccolta del gas di decompressione in un solo punto di scarico.
Parti in contatto con il prodotto in acciaio inox AISI 304 (standard) o AISI 316 (su richiesta).
Gomme di tenuta conformi alle normative alimentari.
Macchina predisposta per CIP a caldo in ricircolo (Gruppo CIP escluso).
False bottiglie a installazione manuale.
Telaio della giostra costruito in acciaio inox AISI 304.
Martinetti di sollevamento bottiglie con staffa sul collo per bottiglie in PET o con piattello di fondo per bottiglie in vetro.
Macchina disponibile in versione presa collo “neck handling” (altezza della giostra fissa , tipicamente usata per le bottiglie di PET) oppure in versione presa corpo “body handling” (giostra con altezza regolabile, tipicamente usata per le bottiglie in vetro).

OPZIONI & DETTAGLI

CIP CON FALSA BOTTIGLIA MANUALE

Le false bottiglie sono progettate per una rapida installazione manuale.

I collettori superiore ed inferiore per fluidi (prodotto, CO2, aria compressa) e distribuzione del segnale sono realizzati con uno speciale trattamento superficiale sulle parti in scorrimento in modo da garantire una lunga durata.
I gas di decompressione in uscita dalle bottiglie a fine riempimento, sono raccolti nel collettore centrale e scaricata in un unico punto.

valvola modulante

L’uso di valvole modulanti per livello di prodotto e il controllo della pressione all’interno del serbatoio, permette di tenere il prodotto stabile in modo da evitare la formazione di schiume.
Tutte le valvole sono posizionate all’esterno della macchina in posizione facilmente accessibile.

L’EVOLUTION DES TRADITIONNELS SYSTEMES ISOBARIQUES

Système de remplissage isobarique à niveau avec commandes électro-pneumatiques.
Canule de niveau projeté pour montage rapide manuel.
Phases de remplissage (mise en pression bouteille, position anti-éclatement , fermeture produit, décompression), réalisées avec des vannes pneumatiques, commandés par des électrovannes.
Groupes d’électrovannes pour la commande des vannes de remplissage installés dans la partie supérieure du carrousel afin d’assurer un accès facile.
Mémorisation paramètres pour chaque format bouteille, avec la possibilité de les sélectionner dans le panneau de commande à écran tactile.
Cuve central éprouvé à 6 bar avec alimentation produit du bas. Le réservoir est poli internement et projeté pour garantir un drainage facile.
Vannes de remplissage installées à l’extérieur du réservoir.
Partie haute de la vanne de remplissage pour l’ouverture de CO2 (et par conséquent mise en pression de la bouteille) et la position anti-éclatement.
Partie inférieure de la vanne de remplissage avec vanne pneumatique de décompression et vanne pneumatique pour le passage du produit de nettoyage NEP.
Contrôle de la contre-pression dans la cuve par vannes modulantes sur l’alimentation et l’échappement du CO2.

Les fausses bouteilles sont conçues pour l’installation manuelle rapide.

Les collecteurs supérieur et inférieur  pour les fluides (produit, CO2, air comprimé) et distribution de signaux électriques sont chargées de céramique de manière à assurer une longue vie.
Le gaz évacué des bouteilles à la fin du remplissage, est collectée dans le collecteur central et déchargé dans un seul point.

L’emploi de vannes modulantes pour régler le niveau du produit et la pression à l’intérieur du réservoir, permet de conserver le produit stable afin d’éviter la formation de mousses.
Toutes les vannes sont positionnées à l’extérieur de la machine dans un endroit facilement accessible.
