The BASELESS design allows realizing machines similar to real filling room, where everything is hanging on the roof and the total absence of movement parts under the bottles assures high cleaning and access easiness for the operator

The operator can quickly access to every part to make short intervention during the production, without putting his feet on machine parts.
For the maintenance filling valves, bottle lifters, product manifolds can be easily reached from machine internal part, whilst upper electric / air manifolds can be reached from the top part of the machine.

The motorization is in the top part of the machine, separated from the working environment remaining clean and dry for the all life of the machine. In case of extraordinary maintenance the operator can easily control gears, bearings and motor.

In the machines with capper, the sorter is placed outside the machine in an easy accessible position.
The transfer from the sorter descent chute to the capper pick and place is done by a horizontal chain conveyor, protected with a plexiglass openable cover.

BENEFITS:

Easy and quick access to the sorter in case of caps jamming, without entering in to the machine.
The dust generated inside the cap sorter remains outside the working environment.

MULTIPLE CAPS
In case of more caps (flat and sport cap or two caps with different diameter) two or more sorters can be connected to the horizontal conveyor.

BUFFER FOR FILLING-CAPPING MACHINES INTEGRATED WITH BLOWING MACHINES
The horizontal conveyor can be developed with straight parts and bends in order to have a length suitable to contain the caps necessary to cap the bottles contained in the blow moulding machine in case it is necessary to stop the bloc due to downwards line stops.

The machine can be equipped with an air filtering/blowing unit installed on a side of the machine in a elevated position.

The unit is equipped with prefilter and filter, fan driven by integrated frequency converter to guarantee constant air flow.

The machine can be equipped with external groups for sterile air blowing composed by blower and cartridge filters easy to be inspected (fig. 1)

The sterile air can be conveyed in one of the following zones:

ZONE BETWEEN FILLER AND CAPPER (fig. 2)

A diffusion pipe blows the sterile air from the top towards the bottom in the zone between filler and capper, where the bottles are filled but not capped.

BOTTLE PATH IN THE STARWHEELS (fig. 3)

The path of the bottles along the starwheels before being bottles is protected by covers in stainless steel. These covers are pipe with rectangular section, with holes on the bottom edge.
The sterile air arriving from the filtration device flows though the pipes and exit from the lateral holes creating an air barrier around the bottles.
This solution protects the bottles and the air of the environment is changed.

FILLER JET (only VMAG – VMAS ) (fig. 4)

The sterile air obtained from the filtration unit is conveyed in the CIP return path and it arrives in the filling valve body through the CIP return hole. During the production a crown of sterile air is created around the product jet, protecting it from the rest of the environment.

In case the filler handles products critical from the cleaning point of view, it is possible to put in the lower part of the machine collection trays with wheels, that can be extracted and cleaned separately from the machine.

IGIENE E PULIZIA

Niente sotto le bottiglie. Non c'è il tradizionale basamento, dove si accumula lo sporco.

ACCESSO RAPIDO PER MANUTENZIONE

L’operatore può accedere velocemente a tutte le zone della macchina per piccoli interventi durante la produzione, senza mettere i piedi su parti della macchina. Valvole di riempimento, martinetti e collettore prodotto sono facilmente raggiungibili per la manutenzione dall’interno della macchina. Il collettore aria/elettrico può essere raggiunto dalla parte superiore della macchina.

MOTORIZZAZIONE A LUNGA DURATA

La motorizzazione è nella parte superiore della macchina, separata dall’ambiente di lavoro rimanendo pulita e secca per tutta la vita della macchina. Nel caso di una manutenzione straordinaria l’operatore può facilmente controllare gli ingranaggi, i cuscinetti e il motore.

Nelle macchine con tappatore, l’orientatore tappi è posizionato all’esterno della macchina in una posizione facilmente accessibile.
Il trasferimento dal canale discesa dell’orientatore al dispositivo pick and place del tappatore è realizzato con un trasporto a catena orizzontale, protetto da una copertura superiore in plexiglass apribile.

VANTAGGI:

Facile e veloce accesso all’orientatore in caso di inceppamento tappo, senza dovere entrare all’interno della macchina.
La polvere generata all’interno dell’orientatore rimane fuori dall’ambiente di lavoro.

MULTI FORMATO TAPPO
In caso di più tappi (tappo flat e sport o tappi con diametro differente), il nastro trasporto tappi può essere collegato a due o più orientatori.

RIEMPITRICE/TAPPATORE COMBINATA CON SOFFIATRICE

Il nastro di trasporto orizzontale può essere sviluppato con tratti rettilinei e curve per avere una lunghezza idonea a contenere i tappi necessari a tappare le bottiglie contenute nella soffiatrice in caso sia necessario fermare il blocco per fermi a valle.

La macchina può essere equipaggiata di un’unità di filtrazione soffiaggio aria installata su un lato della macchina in posizione elevata.

L’unità è composta da un filtro e prefiltro e da un ventilatore pilotato con inverter per garantire un flusso di aria costante.

La riempitrice può essere dotata di gruppi esterni di soffiaggio aria sterile composti da soffiante e filtri a cartucce facilmente ispezionabili (fig. 1)

L’aria sterile può essere convogliata in una delle seguenti zone:
ZONA TRA RIEMPITRICE TAPPATORE (fig . 2)
Un tubo diffusore soffia aria dall’alto verso il basso nella zona tra riempitrice e tappatore, dove le bottiglie sono già riempite ma non tappate.
PERCORSO BOTTIGLIE TRA LE STELLE (fig. 3)
Il percorso delle bottiglie lungo le stelle prima di essere tappate viene protetto con delle coperture in acciaio inossidabile. Queste coperture sono dei tubi a sezione rettangolare, forati nei lati.
All’interno dei tubi passa aria sterile proveniente dal dispositivo di filtrazione e che fuoriesce dai fori laterali creando una barriera d’aria attorno alle bottiglie.
Con questa soluzione vengono protette le bottiglie e nello stesso momento viene ricambiata l’aria dell’ambiente interno della macchina.
GETTO RIEMPITRICE (solo riempitrici VMAG – VMAS) (fig. 4)
L’aria sterile ricavata dal dispositivo di filtrazione viene convogliata nel circuito di ritorno del sanificante ed arriva nel corpo rubinetto attraverso il foro da cui ritorna il sanificante durante la fase di sanificazione. In produzione si genera una corona di aria sterile attorno al getto di prodotto, proteggendolo dall’ambiente circostante.

In caso di prodotti critici dal punto di vista della pulizia, è possibile mettere nella parte inferiore della riempitrice vasche di raccolta con ruote, in modo da poterle estrarre e pulire separatamente dalla macchina.

La conception BASELESS permet de faire les machines comme une véritable chambre de remplissage, où tout est suspendu sur le toit et l’absence totale de pièces mobiles sous les bouteilles assure une grande propreté et la facilité d’accès pour l’opérateur.

Améliorer l’efficacité de la production.

Rien sous les bouteilles.
Il n’y a pas le traditionnel bâti, où la saleté s’accumule.

L’opérateur peut accéder rapidement à toutes les zones de la machine pour petites interventions pendant la production, sans mettre les pieds sur les pièces de la machine.
Les vannes de remplissage, les pistons de soulèvement et le collecteur du produit sont facilement accessibles pour l’entretien à l’intérieur de la machine, tandis que le collecteur d’air / électrique peut être atteint à partir du haut de la machine.

La motorisation est dans la partie supérieure de la machine, séparée de l’environnement de travail, de cette manière reste propre et sec pour toute la vie de la machine.
Dans le cas d’entretien extraordinaire, l’opérateur peut facilement contrôler les engrenages, les paliers et le moteur.

Dans les machines avec capsuleuse la trémie d’orientation capsules est positionnée à l’extérieure de la machine en une position facile à accéder.
Le déplacement des capsules entre la chute de descente de la trémie et le dispositif pick and place de la capsuleuse est fait par un convoyeur horizontale à chaine, protégé avec une couverture en plexiglass ouvrable.
Les avantages de cette solution sont:
Accès facile et rapide à la trémie d’orientation en cas de blocage capsule, sans entrer dans la machine.
La poussière créée par la trémie d’orientation reste au dehors de l’environnement de travail.

MULTI FORMAT CAPSULES
En cas de plusieurs capsules (capsule flat et sport ou diamètre diffèrent) le convoyeur capsules peut être branché à deux ou plus trémies d’orientation.

REMPLISSEUSE/CAPSULEUSE COMBINE’ AVEC SOUFFLEUSE
Le convoyeur capsules peut être développé avec morceaux rectilignes et courbes pour avoir la longueur apte à contenir les capsules nécessaire à fermer les bouteilles qui se trouvent à l’intérieure de la souffleuse en cas soit nécessaire arreter le bloc.

La machine peut être équipée avec une unité de filtration soufflage air installée sur une côté de la machine en position élevée.
L’unité est composée par un filtre et préfiltre et par un ventilateur piloté par variateur de fréquence pour garantir un flux d’air constant.

La machine peut être équipée avec des groupes externes de soufflage air stérile composé par souffleuse et filtres à cartouches faciles à inspecter (fig. 1).

L’air stérile peut être convoyée dans une des zones suivantes:

ZONE ENTRE REMPLISSEUSE ET CAPSULEUSE (fig. 2)

Un tuyau de diffusion souffle air du haut vers le bas dans la zone entre la remplisseuse et la souffleuse, ou les bouteilles sont déjà rempli mais pas capsulées.

PARCOURS BOUTEILLES ENTRE LES ETOILES (fig. 3)

Le parcours des bouteilles entre les étoiles avant d’ être capsulées est protégé avec des couvertures en acier inoxydable. Ces couvertures sont des tuyaux à section rectangulaire, percés dans les bords inférieurs.
A l’intérieur des tuyaux passe l’air stérile issu du dispositif de filtration, qui sort à travers les trous latérales, ce qui crée une barrière d’air autour des bouteilles.
Avec cette solution, les bouteilles sont protégées et en même temps il y a un changement de l’air l’intérieur de l’ambiant de la machine.

JET REMPLISSEUSE (seulement remplisseuses VMAG – VMAS) (fig. 4)

L’air stérile obtenu à partir du dispositif de filtration est transportée dans le circuit de retour de la sanification et arrive dans le corps du robinet à travers le trou de retour du sanificant. Pendant la production on génère une couronne d’air stérile autour du jet de produit, en le protégeant du reste de de l’environnement.

En cas de produits critiques du point de vue de la propreté, il est possible de mettre dans la partie inférieure de la remplisseuse des cuves avec des roues, de sorte qu’ils peuvent être extraites et nettoyées séparément de la machine.

El diseño BASELESS permite hacer las máquinas como una verdadera sala de llenado, en la que todo está colgado en el techo y la total ausencia de piezas móviles debajo de las botellas garantiza una alta limpieza y la facilidad de acceso para el operador.

El concepto BASELESS, aplicado a nuestras máquinas, garantiza a nuestros clientes:
Alto nivel de higiene y limpieza;
Reducción del tiempo de mantenimiento e intervención.
Mejora de la eficiencia de la producción.

Nada abajo de las botellas.
No se encuentra la tradicional mesa, donde se acumula la suciedad.

El operador puede acceder rápidamente a todas las áreas de la máquina para mantenimiento menor durante la producción, sin poner los pies sobre las partes de la máquina.
Válvulas de llenado, pistones y colector de producto son fácilmente accesibles para su mantenimiento a el interior de la máquina, mientras que el colector de aire / eléctrica se puede llegar desde la parte superior de la máquina.

Para las máquinas con la taponadora, la tolva está a el externo; esta solución permite, en caso de atasco de la tapa, de resolver el problema sin entrar en la máquina.

Además, el polvo generado en el interior de la tolva permanece fuera del ambiente de trabajo.

La tapa se transfiere desde la tolva hasta el pick-and-place a través de un transportador a cadena horizontal, protegido por una tapa de plexiglás; esta solución evita el bloqueo de la tapa y permite la gestión de tapas con diferentes alturas.
