ROTARY FILLING MACHINES FOR 5 GALLONS LINES

  • Electronic volumetric filling system based on magnetic flow meters.
  • The functioning of these instruments is guaranteed for still products with specific electric conductivity higher than 50 uS/cm (value to be considered at the filling temperature).
  • Filling without contact between bottle and filling valve.
  • Filling valve opening by pneumatic electro valve driven by bottle presence sensor signal (opening) and flow meter signal (closure).
  • Double filling speed, to guarantee reduced filling time and to avoid product splash out.
  • Electric board for the flow meter signal management and electro valves for filling valve controls installed on the carousel to guarantee easy access.
  • Volume set up for each filling valve in the operator touch screen panel.
  • Memorization of parameters set for each bottle size, with the possibility to select them from the operator touch screen panel.
  • External product feeding tank complete with level control, infeed valve, spray ball for cleaning, pump for product transfer to the filling valves.
  • Product transfer from external feeding tank to the filling valves by pump driven by inverter to keep constant pressure or by gravity (for foaming products).
  • Lower manifold for the connection fixed pipe – rotating pipe with ceramic facing in the sliding parts to guarantee longer life.

RIEMPITRICI ROTATIVE PER LINEE DA 5 GALLONI

Riempimento elettronico volumetrico con misuratori di flusso magnetici.
Il funzionamento degli strumenti è garantito per liquidi piatti con conducibilità elettrica specifica superiore a 50 ųS/cm ( considerati alla temperatura di riempimento).
Riempimento senza contatto tra bottiglia e valvola di riempimento.
Apertura valvola di riempimento mediante elettrovalvola pneumatica azionata da sensore di presenza bottiglia (apertura) e segnale misuratore di flusso (chiusura).
Riempimento a due velocità, per garantire minore tempo di riempimento ed evitare fuoriuscita di prodotto dalla bottiglia.
Moduli elettronici necessari alla gestione del segnale del flussimetro e delle elettrovalvole di comando valvola di riempimento installati sulla giostra, per garantire rapido accesso.
Regolazione del volume da riempire per ogni valvola di riempimento attraverso terminale operatore touch screen.
Memorizzazione dei parametri di riempimento per ogni formato bottiglia, con possibilità di selezionarli dal terminale operatore touch screen.
Serbatoio esterno di alimentazione prodotto completo di controllo di livello, valvola di ingresso, spray ball per il lavaggio, pompa di invio prodotto alle valvole di riempimento.
Trasferimento prodotto dal serbatoio esterno alle valvole di riempimento attraverso pompa pilotata da inverter per mantenere costante la pressione di riempimento.
Collettore inferiore di collegamento tubazione fissa – tubazione rotante realizzato con parti in scorrimento con riporto ceramico per garantire lunga durata.
Distribuzione prodotto dalla tubazione centrale alle valvole di riempimento mediante collettore di piccole dimensioni facilmente lavabile.

REMPLISSEUSES ROTATIVES POUR LIGNES 5 GALLONS

Remplissage électronique volumétrique avec débitmètres magnétiques. Le fonctionnement est assuré pour produits plats avec une conductibilité électrique supérieure au 50 μS/cm (à la température de remplissage).
Remplissage sans contact entre la bouteille et la vanne de remplissage.
Ouverture vanne de remplissage par vanne pneumatique actionnée par le signal de présence bouteille (ouverture) et le signal du débitmètre (fermeture).
Remplissage à deux vitesses, pour avoir temps de remplissage plus rapide et éviter sortie de produit de la bouteille.
Modules électroniques pour la gestion du signal des débitmètres et électro vannes de commande de la vanne de remplissage installées sur le carrousel, pour avoir un accès facile.
Bac extérieur d’alimentation produit, avec contrôle de niveau, soupape d’entrée, boule de lavage pour le nettoyage, pompe d’envoi produit aux vannes de remplissage.
