Machine suitable to do thermic treatments on bottles and jars.
Typically supplied to cool bottles after hot filling or to warm bottles after low temperature filling to eliminate condensation problems.

GENERAL FEATURES
- Structure made of stainless steel tubular and bended metal sheets.
- Customized design, with division in zones with tanks and pump to realize one of the following treatments:
– Cooling.
– Warming. - Upper closure with covers that can be removed for inspection.
- Closure of the inlet and outlet zone with protection in stainless steel according to CE norms.
- Pumps for rain generation with iron body and bronze impeller.
- Double bulkhead filter to protect the pumps suction.
- Water heating with steam exchanger.
- Temperature control with PT100 probe, whose signal drives the steam inlet modulating valve or the water inlet valve to heat or cool the water in the tank.
- Tanks temperature adjustable from control panel.
- Spraying pipe in stainless steel.
- Spraying nozzles in stainless steel.
- Manometers and thermometers on the pumps delivery.
- Motorization with motor gear reducer driven by frequency converter and complete with safety joint
- Electric cabinet with control panel with buttons and selectors.
- Safety barrier at the outlet for full of bottles.
